I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very nice, with a comfy bed. The internet wifi connection was excellent, and having a desk for working was very convenient. The staff at BW Monterrey were all polite and helpful during my stay. They provided excellent service at an exchange rate of 15 pesos to one dollar. The only downside was that some staff members seemed less than competent to deliver the minimum level of service.
